Course Description:

This 3-day intensive program is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Agile Project Management, based on the proven framework of DSDM (Dynamic Systems Development Method). Whether you’re new to agile methodologies or looking to formalize your existing knowledge, this course provides a solid foundation in agile principles, practices, and project management roles, all tailored to enhance your ability to deliver projects efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced business environment.

Exam & Certification:

A 40-minute, closed-book exam consisting of 50 multiple-choice questions, with a passing mark of 50%. Upon successful completion, participants will receive the AgilePM Foundation certification, recognized internationally as a testament to your foundational knowledge and skills in agile project management.

Understand the philosophy and principles underpinning the AgilePM approach.
Gain insights into the lifecycle of an agile project, including alternative configurations.

I've had the privilege of working in management consulting for over 23 years, with a special focus on best practice management methods and Lean 6 Sigma. My journey began with a degree in Biochemistry, which, surprisingly, laid a strong foundation for my work in consulting.
