The PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner course is designed for professionals who already understand PRINCE2® or Agile and want to combine the strengths of both methodologies. This course explores how to apply PRINCE2® principles, themes, and processes within an Agile environment. Participants learn to tailor PRINCE2® for Agile delivery, understand Agile behaviors and techniques (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup), and manage fast-paced, flexible projects without compromising structure or governance.
The course prepares candidates for the official PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner certification, aligned with the latest AXELOS standards, and includes case studies, practical exercises, and exam simulations. Delivered in both French and English.
