About Trello Training: Trello is an easy-to-use tool for occasional project managers. This 3.5-hour hands-on workshop will allow you to create a functional project management board. Tested and improved in groups, this board will be directly applicable in your practice.

- Consolidating best practices for Trello usage.
🛠 Practical Work: Workshop: collective use and cross-utilization of boards. Feedback and recommendations for improvements: workflow efficiency, readability, standardization of processes using templates, automation, and action buttons. Definition of a best practices charter.
