Registration Process

You can register for our courses through our website, by phone, or email. We will always send you a registration receipt to the provided email address. This email may also include a training agreement, informing you about further details regarding the course schedule, typically 2 to 4 weeks before the training begins or the introductory session. Your registration is considered firm and final once the confirmation notice of the training session is issued.

Payment

Invoices are issued along with the confirmation email for your training. The invoice will be sent to the billing address specified during registration. The due date will be indicated on the invoice, which is by the first day of the training at the latest.

Modification | Cancellation of Registration

Any cancellation must be made in writing, mentioning the invoice number if applicable. PRINCE2® Foundation and ITIL® Foundation courses follow the below Flex-Pack conditions.

Flex-Pack

In Case of Unavailability After Session Confirmation

You may postpone your participation to another scheduled training session, subject to a modification fee of 300.00 Euro excluding tax, covering already incurred training costs. You can choose your next course immediately upon modification or at a later date as per your convenience. Notification of unavailability must be sent to info@danafc.com no later than one day before the training starts.

If Unavailable After Training Begins

Should you be unable to attend certain days of your course due to urgent professional or personal reasons, you may attend these specific day(s) at a later date in an open training session, subject to a modification fee of 50.00 Euro excluding tax. Full training fees are still applicable.

Exam Retake

If you do not pass your PRINCE2 Foundation Exam, we offer the opportunity to retake it during one of our future sessions. Only one exam retake is offered free of charge.

Other Conditions

Any cancellation after receiving the confirmation message for a training not covered by the Flex-Pack will incur cancellation fees amounting to 35% of the training cost. If modifications or cancellations occur less than 2 weeks before the course starts, the full price of the training is due. In case of unavailability, you may have another participant from your company attend in your place at no extra charge. All changes must be notified to us in writing as soon as possible, at the latest one day before the training begins, to allow for necessary adjustments.

Cancellation of a Training by DanAf Consulting

DanAf Consulting reserves the right to cancel a training, for instance, if an insufficient number of participants are registered. Cancellation of a session can occur up to 7 days before the training starts. Should DanAf Consulting cancel a training, participants will, where possible, be offered a place in a similar confirmed training session. Participants may decline this offer and will then be refunded in full.

Residential Trainings

Residential trainings are offered subject to the availability of sufficient accommodation at the training site. If accommodation is not available under the expected conditions, participants will be credited the total cost of accommodation. If a participant cannot secure accommodation for the duration of the training, they may choose to cancel their course participation and will then be credited the full amount received.

Course Material Delivery

The delivery method of course materials depends on the type of training. Materials may be handed out on the first day of the training, shipped by mail or downloaded from the website. Our prices always include the delivery of course materials. An additional charge of 50 Euro excluding tax may be applied, for instance, in cases of non-receipt or reshipment due to mail return.

Free Events

For free events, there may be “non-attendance fees.” This fee will be charged if the client does not attend the event unless they have canceled their participation at least 3 days before the event starts. The fee is 70 Euro excluding tax unless otherwise indicated.
