Course Description
The PRINCE2® Foundation course provides a comprehensive introduction to the PRINCE2® methodology (7th Edition), equipping participants with the knowledge to work effectively within a structured project management environment. Developed by AXELOS and recognized globally, PRINCE2® is a versatile and scalable method used across industries. This course covers key principles, roles, themes, and processes, preparing learners for the Foundation exam and laying the groundwork for advanced project management responsibilities or Practitioner-level study.
The course is delivered in English or French, both in-person and online, and includes official courseware, case studies, and exam simulations.
